Getting our Christmas tree with us! :o)
Official Name:   Honey Creek's Tisa's Vineyard
Call Name:        Piper
Breed:            Bernese Mountain Dog
Gender:           Female
Color:             Traditional Tri Color
Weight:           90 pounds
Birthdate:        March 17, 2013
Birthplace:       Ohio
Home:             Honey Creek
Description:      Meet my dream-dog, Piper.  She is a
Bernese Mountain Dog, who was our original
Bernedoodle mom, back in 2015.  Piper has now
retired from our breeding program, after having
her final litter at the end of May 2018.  She is
now living out her days just being my baby, and
Nana to all of the puppies.  She is my constant
companion, and has already outlived the typical
Bernese "life expectancy" of 6-8 years.  We are
hoping that, like her grandmother before her, she
has many years left to live.  Piper is the picture
of health, and it's hard to tell if she's slowing
down with age, because true to the classic
Bernese temperament, she's been slow and
steady since she was a puppy.  If you don't have
allergies, we highly recommend a purebred
Bernese Mountain Dog!  If you do have allergies,
we can help you get a similarly wonderful dog in the Bernedoodle cross.

Piper has always loved being outside.

When Piper was a very small puppy, she used to squish under the backyard fence, run around to the front door, and scratch at the front door to be let in. Sneaky little booger.

We took these pictures because Piper had gained literally almost exactly as much as he had lost between the two pictures. :o)

Ever since she was a small puppy, Piper has always hugged us backwards like this. If we hug her, she throws her head back to wrap her neck around us. She is one of the most affectionate dogs that I have ever met, and I've met a lot of dogs!
